‘A Double Challenge’ ?

Overcoming a crisis and making a transformational shift at the same time. How do we go about this double challenge ?

Well, is it really a double challenge? Seeing it like this may indicate that we are looking at the world through ‘conditioned eyes’. Once we start to become aware of the transformational shift we are part of, we start to see that these are actually conjoint efforts. What it needs is non-dual leadership, overcoming our Western cultural convention that denies the presence of a wider web of interconnectivity and unseen capacities. It needs leadership that lays open the ground where the renovation of the old model can take place and provide the nurturing vectors for people to co-create and discover new possibilities. It needs leaders who know that being successful and purposeful are co-emergent, just as being profitable and sustainable are.

This all comes down to a clear vision and the ability to unlock dormant human potential. We still waste an incredible amount of talent, energy and creativity, both on an individual level and on a collective level. For the past twenty five years I have studied this wasteful conduct and discovered how to remedy it, how to set free the intangible and latent human capacities. I have been stunned to see what is possible on my journey of exploration and experimentation.

To bring teams and communities into the same frequency, into flow, leaders will have to heighten their awareness and master the alignment of energies. Many of the challenges we face today are because we haven’t grasped the deeper meaning and possibilities of our true human interconnectedness. The projected sense of separation in our modern world cannot be solved by more and faster technological connections. The truth is that our human interconnectedness is more intricate, more intelligent and ultimately more reliable than any existing technology. Yet to come to full fruition it needs truthful and authentic wisdom-based leadership.

So ironically, in order to ensure that our ‘progress’ is real and to our communal benefit, we will need to tap into ancient leadership virtues that have ensured sustainable and thriving communities for thousands of years. Having seen the incredible power of integrating these ancient teachings in 21st century corporations I now want to share my insights and remedies to help flourish the organisations and leaders that are committed to create a better future. My commitment extends to guide the next generation of leaders, ready to own and determine their future.
